overload of the blueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

our class collection is has grown in the past 3 days greatly and has shown me a few things. 1 being that or time uses alot of plastic and maybe way to much it actually scares me slightly. who would have thought our interests wold be so different i feel every one brought in things that kind of tells a little story of them selfs. what i cant believe again is all the plastic i cant get that out of my system on how much plastic people brought in and how the world has made just everything out of plastic even portia munsons sort is mostly plastic things im finding when i scroll threw pictures thats mostly what she collects. i wonder if people believe this is right in there every day lives just throwing away without really thinking theses things.

how did you decide what to collect? hmm iv collected alot of things i have normale collections like rocks and seashells and when i was little i collected over 150 raggedy ann dolls ( that are now in my attic collecting dust )  when i got into middle school i was trying to think of something diffrent that not many people would think about collecting, along with something i could relate to. so i decided on dragons since i ( at the time ) didnt think many people collected these wonderful gothic reptiles.

what do you collect and why? well i collect dragons. i have almost 40 dragons all around my bed room

i have 2 of the same kind of dragon painted on my walls. that just shows how much i love them.why do i collect them? hmm well iv always loved reptiles and the world of make believe. when i was little i didnt love princesses or mermaids. i loved dragons and the evil queens of old. dragons is where the real stuff is at. i also feel kind of conected to dragons because they are protectors. dragons are always protecting somthing thy hold near and dar to there harts there hole life and i do the same thing. there also often missunderstood for how they look,sound,ect. when people look at me at first glance i get weird stares to. people often think i look scary and think im into bad things just because i look weird when just like dragons i could just be protecting somthing i love.

compare

the bike drawing and candy drawing are 2 very diffrent drawings they are diffrent yet similer. how they are alike is well they both are drawings and still lifes. the diffrent parts is the well one is a bike and one is candy hahahaha also the candy is color based wail thebike is black and white normale shading. the bike way far more fun and easyer the the candy drawing im finding. bUt at least the.candy drawing is good practice for me.

Im finding drawing in color to be very hard! and drawing candy in a jar with color is even harder! you don't even get to eat any! what horror is this! hahaha. but after i started drawing both drawings i found it to be a challange. im still not done ether of them. but out of the 2 i do injoy drawing the smaller one this time im finding. Hopefully they turn out ok in the end!

drawling a bike is harder then riding one

i must say after drawling in the amounts i have i truly do not in joy drawing anymore. BUT due to my "shut up and do it modo" i think i did really good and improved a lot on my shading skills on both bike drawings i did. looking back at my profoilio i belive this will stand out dew to the detail and time put into it.compared to the other drawing i did i think on bigger paper i can do so much more detail but the color paper i drew on was a bit of a challenge In the end i saposse it turned out good. but i still would rather ride a bike then draw it :p

new school year welcome!

ah! summer where did you go felt like you didn't even start! the school year has already stared and i still feel like a jr. this is my last year in HTHS and i want to go out with an artastic bang! last year was awesome sauce with all the bowl making and paper lantern making and don't get me started on  the wonderful books we made all last year! what a great time i cant wait to see what art class has for me this year.

looking back

IT is TRULLY amazing how much i learned my first year of art in high school. Befor this year art to me was drawling on my free time or making jewlery now i can make a book!, shade better, make things out of clay and do metal work. OH how my minds blown! i just want to go strait to school when i get up in the morning theses days since i know my teacher will teach us somthing new that day. Its going to be very weird getting up in the summer and not going to art first thing. Im going to miss that, but over the summer i will be using what i learned all the time if i can. what a great year it has bin.

short storie?

the setting is the top pictuer by monet.
the character is  the second picter down of a angle thatis left on earth to protect people from distruction
the plot is the nuclear sige that was desinded by me resembules a war that has yet to come.

An angle set on earth alone living in a castle next to the ocean. every day she wakes up and watches over the earth. everything is always peacefull. but one day she grew tired of waking up to the same thing and decieded to sleep in. little did that angle know humans walked into her domain. the angle woke up to agruing and noise. she walked over to the men and beged them that this was not the answer to there problems, all the men did was stop and leave. the angle was confused on what happend that she flew up high in the sky to see all over the world. but snice that angle slept she didnt relize the world went on without her and what the angle saw was not just a few men fighting it was the hole world.  the angle flew from one end to the other trying to convince every one this will not solve anything that they will not just disroy them selfs but the hole wrold and all living things on it. the people of earth lowered there anger torwds one another for a few days but it grew back up. the angle not noing what eles to do prayed for there peeacful co exsistence for days. till finally it all stoped. the angle looked out the window of her castle to find they had not fired one bulet at eachother and resovled there diffrences.the angle every day from that moment on never slept in and watched over the earth.

the tea sets we are making are more or less fun! my tea set is based after monet's work. my snack plate is calm water. my tea cup saser ( idk how to spell that )  is going to be a lilly pad as for the teacup its self is saved last to do and will takea very long time to do, a lilly in blossum is what it will be. then when u place it all ontop of eachother its a master set! wonderful and beatiful! i cant wait to finsh and see it in the grand finsh.

end of second marking periode

this is just a fun exsperimentle time that just happend. i found the midterm to be most injoyabul! i learned about glazing bowls and about claud monet! ( who is a great dude by the way ) i now am much better at drawling and with craftmanship then last marking paeriode and im looking forward in making a tea set this term. this is one of my newer drawlings, i call her my ganster fairy  thx also to the blow making and how long it takes to make one thing it taought me to be more relaxed and im abul to take more time on detail and editing  things.

self drawling

so in class we had to draw our self's by looking in a mirror and not looking at the paper. then we had to finish senescent that started with " I"  and display them all over the paper witch i did. I found this to be easy and entertaining. i wouldn't find my self doing this again but ill most defiantly suggest people to try this for a good laugh  to see what happens and how it turns out might surprise you.  I did love getting fancy with the lines, making them thick and thin and what not. I also did enjoy playing around with the words . I had fun but i probably wont do it again, just didn't come out as my kind of thing.

EMPTY BOWLS

1. Ok bowls was really really fun!!I have never worked in in clay before so this was very new to me. I loved shaping the clay and decorating them into works of art.I found this to be out side my comfort zone and i did in joy it and i cant wait to do more with clay.

paper lanterns

The paper lantern making turned out to be a lot more fun then i thought it would be. I loved cutting every thing out and see it like this makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. I have already started to make a few at home for myself . I found it slightly annoying trying to figure out the construction for it but in the end it came out great. It was easy and fun to do and its a good short thing to do when your home sick for a week or so. I learn more and more in my art class and i think this was my favorite so far.

claude monet

Claude Monet was born on November 14, 1840, in Paris, France. He went to  Academie Suisse. After an art exhibition in 1874, a critic insultingly dubbed Monet's painting style "Impression," since it was more concerned with form and light than realism, and the term just stuck with it. Monet struggled with depression, poverty and illness throughout his life and he eventually died in 1926. Monet unlike other painters would stay outside for hours and paint from start to finish instead of just sketching critics often called his work unfinished and it left an impression on them in term calling him an" impressionist". I chose Monet for the fact that he took every minuet to paint it a way others haven't in his day.his art is very every day like and yet not something you would see everyday. my favorite peaces by him well one is the first picture,my reason is simply its very nice with the colors and how he used them. My second favorite by Monet is the second picture because its very dark  and the colors are very blended well.My third i like by him is the third picture for the fact its different than what he normally dose and makes me to do the same.
